Dr. Crotty is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Dr. William Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University. Residency in foot surgery at Bon Secours Hospital, Baltimore, MD.  Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Medicine. On staff at Saint Francis Hospital, Main Campus, in Muskogee. Member of Oklahoma and American Podiatric Medical Associations.
